What it is

All-on-6 works like All-on-4 but uses six implants. The extra implants share the chewing load, which can give more support in the upper jaw or for people with a strong bite.

When dentists prefer six

Softer bone, usually in the upper jaw.
Heavy grinders or clenchers.
When the bridge needs to extend further back.
